At Miwa Glamour, our Return Policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery, please reach out within 2 Days for assistance via WhatsApp at 0334-861-4424 or email contact@miwaglam.com & miwaglamourstore@gmail.com with your Order ID and Full Name.

Key Points:

  1. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items, nor for cases of buyer’s remorse.
  2. Conditions for Returns:
    • Product Seal: The item’s seal must be intact, and packaging must remain unopened.
    • Original Packaging: Use the original packaging for returns. Items should be packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
  3. Valid Reasons for Returns:
    • Damaged Packaging
    • Incorrect Item Delivered
    • Slightly Leaked Products: Contact us with images for an evaluation.
  4. Return Process:
    • Documenting the Issue: Send pictures of the damaged item via WhatsApp or email to initiate the return process.
    • Return Shipping: Approved returns should use the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it’s our error.
  5. Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a voucher for the purchase amount or send a replacement as agreed.

Note

For all wholesale orders, a 50% pre-payment is required. In cases where an order is refused or there’s no response to the rider, delivery charges will be deducted from the pre-payment.
